1. Who we are

Radien ("we", "our", "us") provides internet radio infrastructure for developers at radien.dev. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following data when you use Radien:

• Account data — your email address and any profile information you provide at sign-up.
• Usage data — broadcaster activity, listener counts, session durations, and stream analytics associated with your tenant.
• Billing data — handled entirely by our payment processor. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials.
• Log data — server logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, and error information, retained for up to 30 days.

We do not collect data about your listeners beyond aggregate counts and session durations. Listener IP addresses are not stored.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the Radien service
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, team invites)
• To display analytics in your dashboard
• To enforce our usage limits and billing
• To investigate abuse or security incidents

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider.
• Resend — our transactional email provider.
• Payment processor — for billing purposes only.

All sub-processors are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make material changes. Continued use of Radien after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
